Learning Content Developer

Utilize instructional design principles to create effective and impactful learning experiences. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and incorporate content into learning materials. Conduct research and stay current on industry trends and best practices in learning and development. Create and maintain project timelines to ensure timely delivery of learning materials. Review and provide constructive feedback on existing learning materials to continuously improve their effectiveness. Communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into the development process. Use various learning technologies and platforms to deliver learning materials in innovative ways. Ensure all learning materials are accessible and inclusive for all employees. Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Collaborate with other learning professionals to share knowledge and best practices. Demonstrate a strong understanding of IBM's values and culture and incorporate them into learning materials. Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Continuously evaluate and improve learning materials based on feedback and data.
