Senior Engineer, Cybersecurity Ops & Engineering

Sephora is seeking a Senior Identity Engineer to join the Cybersecurity Ops & Engineering team. This role focuses on incident response, security operations, threat analysis, and ensuring the security, efficiency, and resiliency of Sephora's authentication system. The ideal candidate will be calm, composed, reliable, and possess strong organizational and communication skills, demonstrating a deep understanding of IAM principles. This position requires a collaborative spirit and a strong work ethic. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in identity and access management with a focus on SailPoint IdentityNow, Active Directory, and Entra ID. • 5+ years of experience with Okta. • Strong knowledge of IAM principles, protocols, and security best practices. • Strong Regex, PowerShell and scripting skills. • Monitor and audit IAM for security compliance and recommend improvements.
