The Employee Relations Partner, Asset Protection will conduct investigations, handle workplace disputes, and provide expertise on employee concerns while ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices. Responsibilities • Conduct confidential investigations related to workplace complaints and policy violations; recommend appropriate actions based on findings. • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution. Provide guidance and make recommendations on employment matters. • Analyze trends and collaborate with key partners to identify solutions for recurring issues. • Deliver guidance and training to managers and employees on policy compliance and best practices. • Assist with internal projects and initiatives as needed.
