We are looking for a Sales Excellence Associate to help us scale and strengthen our sales operations in Nigeria. In this role, you will work closely with the sales team to optimize tools, processes, and performance. You’ll support CRM hygiene, analyze sales data, and drive improvements in sales pitch quality and enablement. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting high-performing sales teams. As a Sales Excellence Associate, you will: Evaluate sales pitches and provide feedback to improve content, delivery, and impact. Facilitate coaching sessions and workshops to enhance sales techniques and confidence. Maintain clean, accurate data within the CRM system by identifying and resolving data quality issues. Build and update sales dashboards and reports to track KPIs and team performance. Identify insights from CRM and performance data to guide decision-making and team improvements. Collaborate with sales leadership to implement process improvements and monitor their effectiveness. Stay current on sales enablement trends and tools to improve sales team productivity and alignment. Support the creation and refinement of sales content, including scripts, email templates, and presentations. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, customer success, or sales support. Familiarity with CRM systems such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot. Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in both French and English (working language of the company). Familiarity with sales processes and enablement strategy is a plus.
