Opportunity for Impact Mantra Health is seeking a Marketing Intern to join our mission-driven team. This role is ideal for a student or early-career professional eager to build hands-on skills in marketing design, production, and campaign execution. You’ll work closely with our campus marketing team to adapt and version creative assets for dozens of college partners, support campaign launches, and keep projects organized across platforms. This is a chance to learn the inner workings of marketing at a fast-growing startup while directly contributing to projects that reach students nationwide. What You’ll Do Assist with the design and production of campaign assets (email, digital, and print) using Figma and related tools Version and tailor assets for multiple partner campuses, ensuring accuracy and consistency Support campaign QA and export workflows, including file organization and link/QR testing Help monitor engagement data through tools like Heap to better understand campaign performance across accounts Contribute to campaign reporting, research, and light copy support as needed Collaborate in team meetings, brainstorms, and cross-functional syncs Who You Are We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, passionate about the work we do, and ready to make an impact from day one. The ideal candidate is: A rising senior, recent graduate, or early-career professional studying Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field Deeply interested in mental health, higher education, or digital marketing Organized, proactive, and curious. You’re the type who jumps in and figures things out Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, startup-like environment Strong communication skills (both written and async via Slack/Asana) Familiarity with platforms like Google Workspace, Excel, Figma, Heap Excited to work in a collaborative, mission-driven environment Is interested in an internship spanning the Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 semesters Compensation This is a paid internship. This opportunity can be part- or full-time. Compensation: $15.00 – $17.00 hourly Mantra Health is an equal opportunity employer.
