[Remote] Store Development Project Manager

The Store Development Project Manager will manage construction projects, ensuring they meet design and brand standards while adhering to budgetary and time constraints. Responsibilities • Execute the successful opening and remodel of individual Planet Fitness locations within the National Fitness Partners’ geographic footprint • Coordinate the activities, timing and communication between internal teams and third-party vendors including design professionals, contractors and suppliers • Ensure compliance with branding requirements and prototypical standards in every project • Continuously communicate and track design and construction modifications accurately and effectively to the field, the architects, general contractors, and vendors • Maintain compliance with all Federal, State and Local regulatory construction/building code requirements • Manage construction project schedules to meet project deadlines and final grand opening dates • Maintain and manage relationships with all local and national account vendors • Track and manage construction budget for all projects • Coordinate the installation of exterior signage in compliance with Planet Fitness, landlord, and municipal requirements • Perform weekly worksite visits to ensure contractor work is meeting standards and on schedule Skills • Experience in managing construction projects within budgetary and time constraints • Ability to ensure design and brand standards are met • Experience with the development of new clubs, expansion and remodel of existing clubs • Strong communication skills to coordinate activities between internal teams and third-party vendors • Knowledge of compliance with branding requirements and prototypical standards • Ability to track design and construction modifications accurately and effectively • Familiarity with Federal, State and Local regulatory construction/building code requirements • Experience in managing construction project schedules • Ability to maintain and manage relationships with local and national account vendors • Experience in tracking and managing construction budgets • Ability to coordinate the installation of exterior signage in compliance with requirements • Willingness to perform weekly worksite visits to ensure contractor work meets standards and is on schedule Benefits • Growth Opportunities over 90% of our management team started as an entry level team member! • PTO for all part-time and full-time employees • 401K Retirement Fund (Employer match up to 4%!) • Health Insurance Options including Health, Dental, Vision, family life insurance, and more • Basic Life Insurance & Short-Term Disability I00% Company Paid! • Employee Assistance Program • Free employee Black Card Membership Company Overview • National Fitness Partners is a fitness club that offers gym access, cardio and strength training equipment, and fitness coaching.
