Salary of $17.70 per hour
100% remote work opportunity, preferably for candidates on the West Coast
Monday to Friday schedule from 10 AM to 6:30 PM (MST)

Assist staff with various administrative tasks to maintain workflow and meet deadlines in the pharmacy department
Label and assign incoming faxes to ensure timely pharmacy turnaround times
Conduct inbound and outbound calls with members and provider offices to resolve claims and provide updates
Organize and prioritize administrative and clinical tasks based on importance and impact on members and providers
Manage specialty drug inventory, including accepting deliveries, stocking, and returning expired products

High School Diploma or GED required
Availability to work Monday through Friday during scheduled hours
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Effective communication skills for handling inbound and outbound calls
Basic understanding of pharmacy operations is a plus

Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
Familiarity with faxing systems and administrative processes
Knowledge of specialty pharmacy operations
