Responsibilities

? Accurately input and update client and case information into the firm's database.

? Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.

? Maintain and organize electronic and paper files for easy access and retrieval.

? Assist with generating reports and data analysis as required by the legal team.

? Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure data integrity and consistency.

? Manage and prioritize multiple data entry tasks to meet deadlines.

? Support the administrative team with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel

? Exceptional attention to detail and robust organizational abilities

? Strong independent work ethic and the ability to meet deadlines
