Remote Customer Care Specialist

Salary: $18.50/Hour
Location: Remote
Contract Position (3 months)
Key Responsibilities: ? Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with families and business partners. ? Provide personalized support via chat, email, social media, and phone. ? Handle and resolve family concerns using critical thinking and de-escalation techniques. ? Log and document all interactions in the internal system. ? Collaborate with colleagues and escalate issues when necessary. ? Meet or exceed performance metrics and attendance requirements.
Desired Skills & Experience:
? Excellent customer service skills with a self-motivated attitude.
? Previous remote call center experience is a plus.
? Ability to work in a focused, distraction-free environment with a reliable internet connection.
? Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
? Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
? Basic data entry and billing experience are beneficial.
? 2-3 years of customer service experience via phone and email.
? High School diploma required; an associate degree is a plus
