Key Responsibilities
? Provide personalized instruction tailored to the needs of students with diverse disabilities.
? Create and implement engaging online lessons that align with Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals.
? Use assistive technologies and digital tools to enhance the learning experience.
? Collaborate with parents, general education teachers, and specialists to support student success.
? Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in Special Education (Master's degree preferred).
? Valid teaching credential with special education certification.
? At least 2 years of experience working with students with special needs.
? Proficiency in online learning platforms and educational technologies.
