Position: (CSR)- Customer Service Representative - Hybrid / Remote Position within the Mountain Time Zone

Office Location: Queen Creek, Arizona

Schedule: Part-time - Sunday through Wednesday, 11am to 8pm. Off Thursday, Friday, Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries and schedule service appointments

• Provide product and service information with a friendly and professional attitude

• Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively

• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

What We?re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Previous customer service experience preferred- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software- ServiceTitan
