Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Support Specialist at Apple Inc, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional support and resolving issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities

- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments while ensuring timely follow-ups.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience
