Engineering Sales Representative

About the position Responsibilities • Determines and presents the customer with potential engineered solutions for customer applications, coordinates application testing with the customer • Establishes professional customer/vendor relationships with appropriate customer personnel (purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, management, and other key personnel) • Partners with key stakeholders from internal departments, customers and vendors to ensure that the customers' needs are being addressed • Maintains and utilizes customer data via Dynamics 365 • Participates in periodic meetings to maintain technical knowledge of specialty chemical solutions and effectively utilizes technology to efficiently manage their territory. Requirements • 3+ years of industrial B2B sales experience, specialty chemical market preferred • Bachelor of Science degree required, within a technical or business-related field preferred • Very good skills with the Microsoft Office Suite • Expert communication skills, including up, down, across, within and outside the organization • Ability to build strong internal relationships inside the company, together with cultivating an external network outside the company • Commitment to personal growth and development • Uses influence to stretch the thinking within the business, in pursuit of Ellsworth's profitable and predictable growth initiatives and strategies Apply tot his job
