Skills • Strong understanding of credit union products and services • Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused mindset • Proficiency in Data Verity, Better Lobby, Meridian Link, and Symitar is a plus • Ability to identify and address member needs effectively • Knowledge of lending products, deposit products, electronic services, and interest rates Responsibilities • Act as a subject matter expert on all deposit and loan products and services • Provide guidance on electronic and mobile offerings, including Online/Mobile Teller, Bill Payer, Quick Pay, and e-Pay • Serve as a financial consultant to identify member needs • Manage lead generation through our CRM system and other platforms • Open new accounts and ensure accurate documentation • Process loan applications and ensure smooth loan disbursement • Assist with account maintenance requests • Educate members on self-service technology • Analyze engagement data to identify opportunities for improvement • Conduct member transactions through various channels • Prepare reports and assist with data compilation • Meet and exceed goals related to loan closures and new memberships • Maintain confidentiality of member information • Provide support to other Contact Center advisor positions as needed • Continuously improve skills and knowledge for efficient service delivery Qualifications • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year in a call center environment within a credit union or financial institution • Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience • Flexibility to work during Call Center hours: Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and rotating Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. • FICEP certification (to be completed after hire) • Strong willingness to learn Education Requirements • Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field Education Requirements Credential Category • Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience Experience Requirements • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a call center environment within a credit union or financial institution Why work in MIDDLE CITY EAST, PA Middle City East offers a vibrant urban atmosphere with numerous dining, shopping, and entertainment options.
