Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative, you will generate high-quality sales opportunities within target accounts and contribute to the growth and success of the sales team. Responsibilities Qualify opportunities with existing and new accounts via call, email, social media, and marketing contacts Manage ‘pool’ accounts and take control of prospecting, both within and outside provided cadences Conduct high-level conversations with technical and business decision-makers Research prospects, identify key contacts, and update Salesforce records Collaborate weekly with Account Executives for strategic planning Meet KPIs for high contact volume through calls and emails daily Achieve monthly quotas for outbound meetings generated for Account Executives Map prospective accounts' organizational structure, people, and existing technology Identify business pains, objectives, and impacts on prospects' organizations Collaborate with the Field Marketing team on customer needs, messaging, and ABM leads Skills At least 1 year experience in outbound sales is desirable A genuine interest in technology and ability to learn and understand technical information Excellent communication skills including the ability to develop and repurpose sales and marketing copy and articulate key business drivers to multiple personas Highly organized with a strong attention to detail Experience in using CRM Software would be beneficial Benefits Competitive salary Comprehensive health coverage Monthly wellbeing allowance Flexible working arrangements Generous paid time off Employee assistance program Community and social events Company Overview Redgate is the leading provider of software for professionals working on the Microsoft data platform.
