Client Success Manager

They are seeking a Client Success Manager to play a key role in shaping the success of their new product, Canvas® Score, by improving customer experience and collaborating with internal teams. Responsibilities Leading onboarding calls to guide new customers through setup and ensure a smooth launch Providing customer support and serving as the first point of contact for product questions Conducting product testing to ensure quality, usability, and performance Gathering customer and internal feedback to recommend enhancements to the product team Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, sales, development, support) Overseeing Sales support for Canvas® Score this includes but not limited to, creating content for collateral, case studies, video content, FAQ documentation, etc Maintaining and building out the Canvas® Score support center / online knowledgebase Skills Bachelor's degree (in communications, marketing, information technology or a related field) or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Excellent communication skills.
