Responsibilities Provide top-tier product and service support to consumers, retail partners, and technicians Act as a trusted consultant, guiding customers through product features to help them select the perfect appliance for their home Leverage your expertise to educate consumers on warranties and extended service plans, transforming routine inquiries into high-value sales opportunities Manage parts orders, field stock maintenance, and technical inquiries with speed and precision Help us get better by enhancing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and supporting fresh projects Manage consumer profiles and product registrations to ensure every Whirlpool owner feels like a VIP Skills Fluent communicator in English and French 1–2 years of experience in customer service Proficient with Google Suite or Microsoft Office Ability to navigate multiple platforms simultaneously Willingness to support partners during day, evening, and occasional weekend shifts Experience in the appliances or consumer electronics industry Benefits Comprehensive paid training and a culture of coaching and mentorship.
