Our goal is to build thought leadership in our industry while showcasing our product and people in engaging, educational, and approachable ways. We are looking for an experienced creative, proactive YouTube Video Editor to help us produce both long-form and short-form content that resonates with business and technical SaaS audiences. What You’ll Do - Edit long-form YouTube videos (6–15 minutes), including interviews, thought leadership content with talking heads, webinars, and product explainers. - Create product and feature videos with screen captures, callouts, animations, motion graphics that keep viewers engaged - Design scroll-stopping thumbnails for all video content. - Repurpose long-form content into short-form videos (LinkedIn video ads, YouTube Shorts, social media clips). - Film/edit with repurposing in mind—capturing sound bytes and highlights for standalone clips. - Add transitions, motion graphics, lower thirds, overlays, and background animations to enhance storytelling and retention. - Clean audio, apply color correction, and add captions/subtitles. - Deliver polished, brand-aligned videos optimized for YouTube and social platforms. - Create engaging video clips for all youtube ad formats. What We’re Looking For - Proven experience editing YouTube videos (portfolio required). - Strong skills in motion graphics and animation - Ability to handle both long-form storytelling and short-form social cuts. - Familiarity with YouTube & LinkedIn video best practices (hooks, pacing, retention strategies). - Able to take a seed idea or concept and independently turn it into compelling video content without waiting for step-by-step direction. - Experience applying brand style and elements to your designs - Strong communication and ability to meet deadlines consistently. - Extreme attention to detail to ensure content accuracy and brand consistency. - You take pride in your work - Experience working with SaaS, B2B, or tech brands. - Must speak English and be comfortable taking the lead with little direction Nice to Have - Knowledge of YouTube SEO and video performance analytics.
