YouTube Long-Form Video Editor + Content Researcher (Arabic+English)
Job Description: I am looking for a highly experienced YouTube long-form video editor who can also assist with content research and daily video idea generation. You will be responsible for editing one YouTube video every day (around 10 minutes long) and delivering it within 24 hours. In addition, you must help find new video ideas that match my niche, audience, and style. Requirements: - Must speak Arabic and understand the Kuwaiti dialect - Must speak English fluently - Strong experience in YouTube long-form editing (no beginners) - Ability to create engaging, fast-paced, and well-structured YouTube videos - Must be active on WhatsApp and respond quickly - Able to take raw footage and turn it into a clean, high-retention YouTube video - Responsible for coming up with daily YouTube video ideas and trending topics - Must deliver 1 edited video every day (final video ~10 minutes) - Raw footage will usually be 15–30 minutes - Must meet daily deadlines — missing a day means immediate termination. No excuses. - Able to recreate and maintain a consistent editing style Test Requirement: All applicants must complete a test edit. I will provide raw footage and an example video, and you must match the pacing, structure, and style.
