Virtual Assistant – Kajabi and Lead Generation Support
Description: • Create professional slides for online master classes using Canva, PowerPoint, or similar tools • Upload and organize course modules on Kajabi • Provide live assistance during online presentations (managing chat, slides, and tech support) • Assist in managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads campaigns for lead generation • Follow up with leads via email and phone to nurture interest and schedule appointments • Maintain accurate records of lead communications and status updates • Perform services professionally in accordance with the Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work • Align scheduled availability with Client’s preferred PST hours when possible Requirements: • Previous experience with Kajabi (course uploads, module management, presentations) • Strong skills in Canva, PowerPoint, and other presentation design tools • Familiarity with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and basic lead generation strategies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently • Comfortable with client-facing tasks, including email and phone outreach • Background in working with coaches in healthcare, especially dental field (preferred) • Experience with email marketing tools and CRM systems (preferred) • Ability to work scheduled 10 contracted hours/week, Monday through Friday, flexible PST hours Benefits: • Flexible, PST hours • Independent contractor engagement (not employment) • Compensation processed through 20four7VA Apply tot his job
