Technical Sales Engineer – Presales

Job Description: • Supporting our sales team with technical expertise and guiding customers through the entire pre-sales phase. • Conducting technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements, workflows and challenges. • Presenting our solution in demos, workshops and webinars as well as building and presenting customer-specific demos. • Validating solutions and running test phases or proof-of-value activities until rollout. • Collaborating closely with product development and customer success. • Supporting marketing activities such as creating materials or participating in trade shows and events. • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our demo environments. Requirements: • A technical background, ideally in mechanical engineering or industrial machinery service. • Experience in technical pre-sales, including an understanding of solution validation and test phases in the customer journey. • Strong ability to explain the value of software solutions and communicate benefits clearly. • Practical experience in or strong interest in the field of industrial machinery and equipment service. • Experience with or enthusiasm for working in a tech startup. • Willingness to travel for customer visits, workshops and industry events. • Excellent English skills.
