Talent Sourcing Specialist - Contract (remote)

JOB DESCRIPTION: This is a 4 to 6 month contract role. The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist will build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines for roles across the commercial real estate (CRE) spectrum—including acquisitions, asset management, capital markets, development, property and facilities management, corporate real estate, leasing, and support functions. You will be responsible for proactive sourcing, market mapping, and candidate engagement to fuel our growth across markets and service lines, while championing a strong employer brand and an inclusive hiring approach. Required Qualifications • 2–5+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, CRE industry experience a plus. • Strong understanding of CRE terminology and workflows desired. • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and at least one additional sourcing platform or CRM (e.g., Indeed, ZipRecruiter) and an ATS (e.g., Oracle, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, iCIMS). • Excellent written communication and outreach personalization skills; high response rates with passive talent. • Data-driven mindset; comfortable with pipeline analytics, conversion metrics, and reporting. • Working knowledge of hiring compliance, fair hiring practices, and data privacy standards. Key Responsibilities • Own proactive sourcing for priority and hard-to-fill roles across acquisitions, asset/portfolio management, underwriting, development, project management, property/facilities management, leasing/transactions, corporate real estate, research, finance, and technology. • Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, talent communities, associations, referrals, events, and targeted outreach. • Engage passive candidates with tailored messaging that reflects our value proposition and career paths within CRE. • Qualify prospects for skills, experience, mobility, compensation alignment, and work authorization; ensure a strong handoff to recruiters/hiring teams with structured notes. • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate profiles, refine search criteria, and iterate based on feedback and performance metrics. • Drive diversity sourcing initiatives; build relationships with associations, universities, and communities to expand inclusive pipelines. • Maintain clean, compliant data in the ATS/CRM, aligning to EEO/OFCCP and internal audit standards; ensure accuracy of candidate status, tags, and notes.
