Talent Development & Engagement Coordinator

They are seeking a proactive Talent Development and Engagement Coordinator to enhance employee engagement, optimize onboarding experiences, and support training initiatives. Responsibilities Deliver memorable onboarding by creating and sending welcome boxes, recognition gifts, and alumni kits Keep all onboarding and orientation materials stocked and ready for seamless program launches Orchestrate logistics for New Manager Orientation, from travel bookings to presenter schedules and communications Design and refresh orientation resources—guides, worksheets, and session materials—for a standout experience Analyze New Hire and Exit Surveys weekly, sharing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement Celebrate team milestones by crafting and sharing announcements for new hires, promotions, anniversaries, and birthdays Power up engagement surveys with clear communication, action plan tracking, and quarterly progress updates Manage and update the LMS, survey, and recognition platforms to keep content fresh and teams engaged Produce dynamic digital learning—videos, tutorials, graphics, and microlearning—for use across platforms and events Audit and update LMS content to ensure training stays current and relevant Collaborate with the Talent Development & Engagement Manager to launch impactful initiatives and keep leaders connected Support event planning and logistics for the Annual Meeting and other key talent events Partner across teams to ensure onboarding, training, and communications set the standard for excellence Boost participation in rewards and recognition programs through creative campaigns and communications Grow the Thomas Cuisine Alumni network, keeping former leaders engaged and connected Other duties as directed Skills 1+ years of experience in talent development, employee engagement, HR coordination, or related function required; experience with onboarding, training, or recognition platforms a plus Masterful ability to multitask with sharp organizational skills and a keen eye for detail Confidence navigating LMS, survey tools, and recognition platforms Knack for clear communication and collaboration; gift for crafting engaging content Proactive, service-minded problem solving attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to turn survey data into actionable insights and reports for leadership Readiness to jump in on event planning, logistics, and communications for key initiatives Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Experience energizing talent development, engagement, or HR programs—bonus points for onboarding, training, or recognition platform know-how Skill in creating digital content—think videos, graphics, and microlearnings that inspire Passion for building a positive, growth-focused culture at Thomas Cuisine Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits with several plan options to choose from, provided by Blue Cross.
