Our Company BrightSpring Health Services Overview Reporting to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Director will provide day–to-day leadership to a designated recruitment team and management of the strategic partnership with the business(es) they are assigned. This position will serve as a key partner for a specific line of business or group of businesses on their talent attraction and talent acquisition needs. Their responsibilities include collaborating with operation leaders and HR Business Partners to develop and execute recruiting strategies, promoting open channels of communication, and solving for the organization’s talent and staffing needs. Responsibilities • Develops and executes comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract and hire the best talent for the organization • Leads a combined team of talent sourcers, full-cycle recruiters, and onboarding specialists • Builds a data-driven, technically skilled recruiting organization by leveraging key performance indicators and analytics to monitor and drive desired outcomes • Collaborates with key functional and operations leaders to fully understand and solve for business and hiring objectives through a consultative approach • Helps develop and drive sourcing processes and strategies to identify top talent, utilizing traditional and innovative methods • Encourages a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and implementing projects to increase operation-wide recruiting and onboarding efficiency and effectiveness • Recruits for senior-level positions as required by business needs • Works with key stakeholders to understand current and future workforce planning needs • Informs the strategic direction of the workforce, examining hiring trends and influencing the organization's response to labor market changes, such as shortages and surpluses • Establishes a consistent company recruitment presence at key industry conferences, professional associations, and local colleges • Promotes a positive workforce culture in the Talent Acquisition team, where team members are empowered to succeed in their roles and are supported through their professional development Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare, or other related subjects; or a compelling employment and leadership track record in talent acquisition or Human ResourcesAdvanced degree preferred • Proven leadership in managing a multi-level and geographically dispersed team • Experience working in a Centers of Excellence (CoE)-integrated HR environment • Advanced skills in full-cycle recruitment, including pre-screening, behavioral interviewing, and selection techniques • Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills • Experience in and success utilizing social media for sourcing talent • Ability to travel up to 20% or as determined by business needs (including overnight travel) About our Line of Business BrightSpring Health Services provides complementary home- and community-based pharmacy and provider health solutions for complex populations in need of specialized and/or chronic care.
