System Integrity Specialist

The System Integrity Specialist role involves building customer relationships, collaborating with internal departments, and ensuring effective service delivery while also engaging in sales activities. Responsibilities Work with customers to build long standing relationships Collaborate with other departments, such as Operations, to ensure that the customer is getting our unique experience Be the customers advocate and point of contact for questions and things they need including pointing them in the right direction of who can assist for any requests Review past inspection reports to accurately determine system deficiencies and work with customers to quote and service the system Perform administrative duties such as writing and send contract renewals, filling out proposals and forms, etc Get out of the office to meet customers face to face, build rapport, and survey life safety equipment so that you can effectively quote and sell contracts Skills Technical experience in fire alarm and/or sprinkler systems Formal sales experience that extends beyond retail or hospitality Experience selling a service (as opposed to a tangible product) is a plus Proficient with the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel) Prepared to adopt and self-teach on Hubspot and ServiceTrade Ability to build great relationships with customers Ability to be a customer advocate and voice of reason Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage through Blue Cross to keep you and your family healthy.
