Supply Analyst

The role involves analyzing spend, partnering with project leads to reduce material costs, and optimizing supply management systems. Responsibilities Analyze spend across categories and perform detailed supply market analyses Partner with Project Leads and Managers to enable material cost-reduction initiatives Develop and implement supplier identification strategies and cost-comparison methodologies Ensure adherence to standardized sourcing processes and find opportunities for continuous improvement Optimize supply management software and systems to enhance data accuracy and reporting capabilities Skills Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related degree 1+ years of experience in Purchasing, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Procurement, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment Ability to prioritize multiple sourcing projects in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in cost reduction initiatives, supplier negotiations, and market analysis Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, finance, and operations teams to support sourcing strategies Skilled in using logic and structured reasoning to identify root causes, evaluate options, and implement solutions Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) Familiarity with JDE, MRP/ERP systems, Sievo, Enovia, and Esker preferred Experience documenting and finding opportunities for efficiency improvements Benefits Medical, dental, and vision plans along with flexible spending accounts, short-term and long-term disability benefits, critical illness, accident insurance and life insurance.
