Aetna is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Supervisor for Complaints and Appeals. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates and ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer complaints and appeals. If you have exceptional communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a desire to make a positive impact in the healthcare industry, we want to hear from you! Lead a team of associates in handling customer complaints and appeals. Ensure timely and effective resolution of all customer complaints and appeals. Monitor and track team performance to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Train and develop team members to handle complaints and appeals in a professional and efficient manner. Collaborate with other departments to identify and address any recurring issues or concerns. Implement and maintain processes and procedures for handling complaints and appeals. Maintain a deep understanding of company policies and procedures related to complaints and appeals. Communicate with customers in a professional and empathetic manner to address their concerns. Stay updated on industry regulations and standards related to customer complaints and appeals. Handle escalated cases and provide guidance and support to team members. Create and analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for the team. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding complaints and appeals. Continuously strive to improve and streamline processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. Mentor and coach team members to help them achieve their goals and grow within the company.
