Job Description Summary The Delivery Manager is responsible for the technical delivery of GE’s ADMS software products to meet the schedule, cost and quality commitments. This is achieved by combining technical expertise and product knowledge to lead project delivery. This role suits those with strong leadership and technical skill set. It involves a high degree of customer contact, consultancy and liaison with product and project teams across Asia-Pacific and globally. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Leads technical implementation of the GE ADMS solution. Provide technical leadership with the designing complex parts of systems or whole systems. Capable of designing complex parts of systems (or whole systems. Lead build activities including system and configuration (on-site & remote). Act as a product SME for complex functional issues as needed, especially related to installation and upgrades to new features. Present product knowledge and system design options to clients’ while providing industry relevant examples and experience-based solutions on an extemporaneous basis Advise on development of testing plans strategies and execution as well as support all customer testing activities including issue resolution and troubleshooting guidance. Provides functional product expertise as needed, acting in a consultative capacity to deliver the right solutions to clients. Actively engage with the customer throughout the implementation process, including project team selection and review. Provide clients with best practice suggestions for key implementation decisions, workflow design, system set-up, preload planning, determination of go-live readiness, custom workflow training, go live support and post-live follow up, including contingency plans (as needed) Coordinate implementation activities within their product expertise and communicate effectively with external clients as well as internal teams. Independently lead and facilitate current state, future state, and gap analysis sessions with the customer project team Manage continuous improvement efforts regarding the development of tools and processes that support the implementation deliverables Act as a functional leader or mentor for other members of the GE project team on complex, integrated customer implementations Exhibit strong communication and organizational skills Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with peers and team members as an inclusive team member, and support pre-sale strategy (as needed) Effectively apply GE execution methodology and project standards. Maintain & continuously update technical skills and knowledge. Work independently as well as part of the team. Maintain strong customer relational and communication skills Required Qualifications Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline, preferably Engineering or IT and minimum 7 years relevant experience Minimum 7 years software implementation and/or Business Consulting experience Technical team leadership experience Recent experience of SCADA, DMS, OMS. PowerOn ADMS experience is an advantage. Desired Characteristics Ability to take direction from both Management and Project Managers overseeing the projects you are assigned. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities, while maintaining a high level of quality service and professionalism. Ability to interact confidently with customers from end users to executive suite. Software skills in software analysis, design, and methodology Training experience or strong knowledge of adult learning principles. Six Sigma quality experience (Black Belt/Green Belt certified). Demonstrated success in working with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Ability to work remotely and actively manage several concurrent customer engagements Thoroughly motivated self-starter, able to work independently, motivate and influence others Experience with Linux / UNIX and Windows OS As GE Vernova is a global organization, working across different time zones, and monitoring, reading and responding to contact outside normal working hours can be expected.
