What Quality Compliance contributes to Cardinal Health Quality develops and implements quality policies, procedures, and processes to ensure products and services comply with regulatory standards and specifications. Quality Compliance is responsible for the development and deployment of policies, procedures and programs designed to minimize risk, enable compliant business operations, products and services and drive uncompromised supply chain integrity. Job Summary The Senior Specialist, Quality Compliance ensures that safety programs are implemented throughout the designated facility by reviewing facilities, drive performance improvement and conducting onsite audits. This job is responsible for modifying submitted floorplans and operational procedures to reflect facility practices. Responsibilities Effectively evaluate and apply threshold limits for all current retail customers and appropriately evaluate prospective customers for potential approval or denial of onboarding in compliance with working guidelines and SOPs. Effectively manage customer CSMP communications, identifying areas/scenarios where additional direction would facilitate more meaningful dialogue with or a stronger understanding of the CSMP process by CAH current and prospective customers. Escalate as appropriate. Identify and solution opportunities to create programmatic efficiencies, whether those opportunities be in process, IT resources/support, etc. Review and resolve customer requests, identifying any potential red flags for further review. If potential red flags are identified, appropriately initiate and complete an Ongoing Due Diligence review. Qualifications 2-4 years of experience, preferred Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred What is expected of you and others at this level Applies working knowledge in the application of concepts, principles and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes action to resolve Applies judgment within defined parameters Receives general guidance and may receive more detailed instruction on new projects Work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy Anticipated salary range: $57,000 - $78,400 Bonus eligible: No Benefits: Cardinal Health offers a wide variety of benefits and programs to support health and well-being.
