This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive qualified traffic, and Web Content Manager and work closely with a team of digital marketing specialists as well as stakeholders throughout the business to build, implement, and measure performance of optimization strategies across multiple brands.ResponsibilitiesConduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for content and technical optimization.Build and maintain a keyword lexicon for online and offline use throughout the business.Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines.Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital assets.Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.Perform regular technical SEO audits and implement fixes to improve site health and crawlability.Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments.Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.Work with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.Monitor competitive sites and identify content gaps and opportunities.Demonstrate knowledge of how search engines work, best practices for ranking well, and have a history of staying up to date on Google’s shifting searchscape.Willingness to understand MasterBrand go-to-market strategy and brandsEager to understand brand objectives and translate them into strategic, creative digital approachesAbility to learn to manage the execution of campaigns and tactics through cross-functional business and technical teamsCharacteristics & Attributes Creative - A passion for content development and improvement, as well as facilitating UX designProactive – A self-starter who is comfortable developing strategy in partnership with Brand teams, setting goals, and delivering resultsAnalytics driven – Understand what story our web analytics are telling about content performance and site user needsSolutions oriented - Be able to adequately assess and prioritize business needs and translate those into thoughtful and creative digital executionCommunication focused – Have a passion for communicating clearly and directly with strong written, verbal and presentation skillsCollaborative – Value the insights and knowledge of those around you, as well has have the ability to influence and lead cross functional teamsGrowth focused – Be eager to learn the industry and growQualificationsBachelor’s Degree in related field required.3+ years of experience in SEOProficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console and SEMrush.Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.Experience with HTML, CSS, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Experience with local SEO strategy.Familiarity with paid search campaigns and how they complement organic efforts.Additional InformationEqual Employment OpportunityMasterBrand Cabinets LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
