Sr. Operations Lead, Refurbishment Performance
The Sr. Operations Lead, Refurbishment Performance will lead projects for Tesla's used car refurbishment within collision operations. This role involves ensuring exceptional quality, developing processes across business units, and expanding field sites to meet the demands of Tesla's rapidly growing refurbishment business. We are seeking high-energy, innovative leaders with a focus on problem-solving and a commitment to customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a background in used car reconditioning or collision with the ability to drive substantial growth while adhering to Tesla's first principles thinking.
