We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as the Sr Bus Enterprise Risk & Controls at Molina Healthcare. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of enterprise risk and controls for our organization. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about risk management, has a strong understanding of industry best practices, and possesses excellent leadership and communication skills. Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework for the organization, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. Lead and oversee the identification, assessment, and prioritization of potential risks and control gaps across all departments and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls. Regularly review and update risk policies, procedures, and controls to ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices. Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop action plans to address them. Monitor and report on key risk indicators, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. Train and educate employees on risk awareness and best practices, promoting a culture of risk management throughout the organization. Stay informed of industry trends and changes in regulations to proactively identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Lead and facilitate meetings and discussions with stakeholders to discuss risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and action plans. Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with risk management standards and requirements. Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development. Prepare and present risk reports and updates to senior management and executive leadership. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and proactive approach to enterprise risk management. Continuously evaluate and improve the organization's risk management processes and controls to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
