In this role, you will take ownership of building and nurturing key partner relationships while driving performance across a growing channel network. You will work closely with partners throughout the sales cycle, from supporting pitches and demos to closing new business opportunities. Leveraging data-driven insights, you will identify growth opportunities, optimize processes, and strengthen strategic initiatives. This is a dynamic role that requires both relationship-building and analytical skills, while collaborating across finance, business intelligence, and marketing teams. You will have a direct impact on accelerating business growth and expanding adoption of cutting-edge healthcare solutions. Accountabilities: In this role, you will: Act as a primary point of contact for channel partners, ensuring long-term success through proactive support and strategic guidance. Collaborate with partners across the full sales cycle, including pitches, demos, and follow-ups to drive adoption and new business. Analyze partner performance and product usage to uncover growth opportunities and support data-driven initiatives. Work cross-functionally with Finance, Business Intelligence, and Marketing teams on billing, reporting, and co-marketing campaigns. Manage pipeline visibility and accuracy using Salesforce for tracking and reporting. Identify and implement process improvements that enhance partner performance and accelerate growth. Balance competing priorities across multiple projects, stakeholders, and timelines with clarity and precision. Requirements We are seeking professionals who bring: 3+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or consulting. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and drive strategic decisions. Demonstrated success managing complex projects and competing priorities with minimal oversight. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High levels of organization, attention to detail, and effectiveness in cross-functional environments. Experience in healthcare, startups, or fast-paced environments is a strong plus.
