An ideal candidate will analyze, verify, authorize processes and report related financial information in partnership with a specific operations business unit. You will be the financial consultant to help ensure the company is properly positioned to achieve its strategies and goals. This is a primarily a working from home positions with a potential 1-2 days on-site in Grand Rapids, MI. Remote work for this position may be approved based on policy and business considerations. Essential Functions Performs statistical, cost, and financial variance analysis of data to evaluate financial performance and identify improvement opportunities. Provides guidance on capital planning process and leads development of investment proformas Partners with operations to forecast, report and analyze financial performance Participates in driving solutions to key analytical, strategic and business challenges Delivers key analysis of financial and operational performance on a monthly basis Prepares executive level financial presentations utilized by senior management Facilitates the annual budget planning process providing assistance to operating groups as needed to ensure the timely development of an accurate budget to support the corporate goals and strategies Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment Qualifications Required Bachelor's Degree Accounting, finance, business administration, economics, statistics or related field Preferred Master's Degree Business or finance 3 years of relevant experience Finance, accounting or related work Required Formal or informal leadership experience Preferred LIC-Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - STATE_MI State of Michigan preferred Primary Location SITE - Priority Health - 1241 E Beltline - Grand Rapids Department Name PH - Financial Reporting and Accounting Employment Type Full time Shift Day (United States of America) Weekly Scheduled Hours 40 Hours of Work 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Days Worked Monday to Friday Weekend Frequency N/A CURRENT SPECTRUM HEALTH TEAM MEMBERS – Please apply through Find Jobs from your Workday team member account.
