Service Delivery Intern

As a Service Delivery Manager Intern, you will support the delivery of Avertium’s Managed Services to our customers. You will work alongside our Cyber Fusion Center team to help coordinate security services, improve customer satisfaction, and contribute to internal operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cybersecurity service delivery, customer success, and project coordination. Responsibilities: Service Delivery and Operations Support Assist in organizing and tracking service delivery activities for customer accounts Support scheduling and coordination of internal teams to meet contract requirements Help monitor and report on key performance indicators related to service quality Learn how to analyze operational data and assist with process improvement initiatives Participate in meetings and help document action items and follow-ups Customer Relationship Support Help maintain positive relationships with customers by assisting with communication and issue resolution Participate in customer calls and meetings as appropriate Learn how to identify potential risks or service delivery gaps and escalate them to senior team members Financial and Strategic Support Assist in reviewing program budgets and forecasts Support the preparation of materials for leadership reviews Learn about strategic planning and how service delivery aligns with customer goals Learning and Development Opportunities Gain exposure to cyber security operations and managed services Develop an understanding of compliance and risk management in enterprise environments Work alongside experienced professionals and learn from real-world case scenarios Build foundational skills in project coordination, communication, and service management Qualifications: Required Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s program in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Interest in cybersecurity and service delivery Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Preferred Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts or tools (such as Microsoft Defender or SentinelOne) Experience with data analysis, reporting, or customer service Previous internship or project experience related to IT, business, or cybersecurity #LI-CS1
