What you will do: • Conduct requirement and scoping analysis, including risk and cost analysis, and align with business objectives. • Gather, classify, and document functional and non-functional requirements; contribute to user stories and agile processes. • Analyze existing products/solutions, identify gaps, and recommend updates or modifications. • Assist in designing scalable, distributed software solutions and convert high-level designs into detailed designs. • Develop maintainable, testable code using modern languages and frameworks; implement automation and telemetry features. • Prepare and execute test cases, perform root cause analysis, and manage defects using industry-standard tools. • Monitor program metrics, ensure adherence to project milestones, and conduct maintenance and troubleshooting. • Uphold Walmart’s core values of respect, integrity, service, and excellence in all aspects of your work. What you will bring: • Knowledge of risk and cost analysis methodologies, software architecture, and design patterns. • Proficiency in coding languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, C) and frameworks/tools (e.g., Monday.com, Linx, Embold). • Experience with testing strategies, tools, and defect management. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and upholding Walmart’s values. • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, cross-functional team environment.
