About the role Hostaway is seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Development Engineer in Test to join our team and drive our growth in the market. Your Mission As a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test who champions quality and brings technical insight to every project, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products are reliable, secure and built for scale. With a deep understanding of modern testing methodologies, you evaluate technical designs, identify quality gaps early in the development cycle, and provide insightful feedback that strengthens our overall engineering approach. Driven by data and metrics, you refine our testing and release strategies to ensure that robust testing frameworks and observability patterns are in place.
