Senior Software Development Engineer (C#)

Access Softek is looking for a S enior Software Development Engineer (C#) passionate about building services that make people's financial lives easier. You will work in a small team of core integration developers responsible for the back-end service running almost all the company's products. The team is actively getting help from QA/AQA, product owners, architects and is utilizing best Agile practices. We use CI/CD on a daily basis, practice code reviews, write unit tests, and follow the zero-bug policy. Primary Responsibilities: Design, implement, and support backend services and APIs; Contribute to our main back-end service by writing specific adapters and improving the core parts of the entire project; Inspect and refactor existing solutions communicating with code owners, architects and client teams; Analyze requirements and documentation, participate in acceptance criteria refinements; Create automated unit and integration tests for verifying proper service behavior; Document your code and help to spread the knowledge across colleagues; Trouble shoot and bug fix; Participate and consult during deployment sessions if needed. Required Experience and Skills: 5+ years as a back-end developer; C#, ASP.NET; HTTP, SOAP, TCP; Entity Framework and SQL; nUnit/xUnit; Git; English: Intermediate. Any of the following is a plus, but not required: Experience in service or API virtualization; Any microservice-related experience, including experience with SMB like RabbitMQ, NATS, Apache Kafka, etc.; Any AWS-related experience; Good understanding of parsers and/or PLT; gRPC and/or GraphQL; Experience with Bamboo Specs; NoSQL, Redis is an extra plus; Additional plus for each language you know and ever tried besides of C#; You have a track of contributing to Open Source projects.
