Senior Recruiter - Executive Assistants (LATAM Focus)

We are an Executive Assistant Agency that matches elite founders and executives to world-class EAs. We’re now hiring a Senior Recruiter with deep experience in end-to-end recruitment to help us scale our executive assistant pipeline throughout Latin America. This is not a passive recruiting role—we’re looking for a go-getter who thrives on sourcing and headhunting top talent across Mexico, Colombia, and Brazil. You’ll build and lead a high-volume pipeline by reaching out directly to candidates, managing inbound interest, and refining our recruitment processes to attract and assess world-class remote EAs. In this role, you will own the entire recruiting funnel and be responsible for identifying, engaging, evaluating, and recommending outstanding candidates to join the FreedUp network. Schedule: Full-time: Flexible hours depending on your timezone (LATAM preferred) Pay Range: This is a senior level role - generous salary based on location and experience. Duties and Responsibilities Source and headhunt Executive Assistants across Latin America, especially in Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, etc. Proactively message and follow up with potential candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms Conduct and lead structured interviews (remotely) Build and maintain a high-quality, always-on talent pipeline Evaluate candidate performance using structured assessments and scorecards Own and continuously improve our recruiting process and SOPs Help build internal systems and workflows that support scale Collaborate with the lead recruiter and operations team to align on hiring goals and candidate quality Requirements Qualifications: 3–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in fast-paced startups or agencies Demonstrated experience headhunting remote executive assistants or operations roles in Latin America Familiarity with sourcing and outreach tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Clay, PhantomBuster, Gem, etc.) Experience (or interest) in working with AI tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, or automation platforms to optimize workflows Systems-builder mindset—you’re not just filling roles, you’re building a repeatable machine Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent is a plus C2-level English proficiency (written and spoken); Spanish or Portuguese fluency preferred Skills: Strong sourcing chops and high-volume outbound messaging experience Excellent communication and storytelling skills to attract top-tier talent Ability to set up and refine recruitment systems and processes Data-driven mindset with an ability to track conversion metrics and optimize pipelines Advanced proficiency in tools like G Suite, Notion, and ATS platforms (experience with ChatGPT is a plus) Proactive, detail-oriented, and independently driven to meet goals High level of professionalism, discretion, and candidate experience orientation Technical Requirements: Reliable high-speed internet (50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload minimum) A modern computer with a multi-core processor (Intel i5 or higher/equivalent) Noise-canceling headset with mic for video calls Proficiency with Zoom, Slack, Notion, and Google Meet Benefits Be a key-contributor to a US-based startup Work-from-anywhere flexibility International recruiting exposure Supportive and collaborative remote team Learning and career development opportunities Performance bonuses Paid time off (PTO) HMO after 3 months Originally posted on Himalayas
