Senior Motion Designer, 3D & 2D

Description: • Working with 3D programs and files to export the required assets needed when adapting content for different delivery types and platforms. • Create beautifully designed, highly polished 2D animated content using After Effects while following brand guidelines. • Compile clips into engaging edits, colour correct clips for a unified on-brand look, and perform basic audio editing. • Adapt existing creative and video while maintaining high design quality, layout, composition, contrast and aesthetic standards. • Work closely with the London-based Motion Graphics team, directors, producers, and other team members to deliver creative solutions and variations without loss of quality. • Develop engaging narratives through editing and animation to communicate intended messages. • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in 2D and 3D animation to improve quality and creativity. • Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining attention to detail and quality. • Continuously learn new software and techniques and adapt to take on new skills as required within a small team. Requirements: • 5+ years of professional experience in motion graphics, video editing and animation. • A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of motion graphics and animation projects and techniques. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator), Cinema4D, Blender and other relevant software. • A keen eye for detail, timing, colour, and composition with a passion for visual storytelling. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to accept feedback and creative direction. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome creative and technical challenges. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
