Job Summary : The Senior Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing inventory levels, receiving, distribution and transfer of products and supplies for the Food Warehouse. Payrate: $20/hr Job Duties and Responsibilities : Ensure team members are following park policies and procedures. Responsible for proper receiving, storage, and distribution of products following current order delivery processes Unload, count, inspect for damage/shortages, properly sign for, and log all receiving Ensure proper documentation on all paperwork such as receivers, picks, transfers, etc. Coordinate outbound freight, including proper authorization paperwork, weighing, labeling, and wrapping of all packages Work with Food Warehouse personnel to ensure that all documents are accurate and received timely Responsible for the orderly rotation of all food items Assist with physical inventory counts and cycle counts for Foods Assist the Manager in continual training of seasonal team members to ensure that they are preforming assigned tasks safely and efficiently Must be able to communicate with Fulltime Supervisors, and maintain constant and honest communication with in-park departments to support any needs that may arise Responsible for following and enforcing all Safety procedures, operating equipment and vehicles Must successfully complete certification for the operation of all motorized equipment, including park trucks and forklifts Must successfully complete Safe Serv certification for food safety handling Assist with weekly physical inventory Oversee housekeeping to include straightening, sweeping, floor cleaning, and taking out trash All other duties as assigned The ideal candidate must possess : Candidates must be at least 18 years of age Must possess a valid Texas Driver’s License and have a clear driving record Must possess good written and verbal communication skills Must be organized with excellent time management skills with the ability to work flexible shifts Must be punctual and have a good attendance record Candidate should be detail oriented and a self-starter with a positive attitude Must have computer skills Must have ability to bend, lift, twist and pull Requires standing and walking for extended periods of time Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
