Senior Director, AI Enablement

Remote, USA Full-time
About the position Bell Techlogix is seeking a Senior Director of AI Enablement to spearhead our next-generation AI strategy. This is not your typical leadership role — it's a future-forward opportunity to drive transformative impact across IT managed services and digital operations. If you're passionate about AI we want you to help shape how our business and our customers businesses evolve in the AI era. Responsibilities • Architect and execute a bold, scalable AI roadmap that aligns with Bell Techlogix's mission and client transformation goals. • Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends and tools shaping IT managed services. • Help define long-term digital transformation strategies powered by AI and machine learning. • Partner with delivery, engineering, and product teams to develop AI-powered solutions — think predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and NLP-enhanced service desk experiences. • Lead AI projects from ideation to real-world implementation — including internal pilots and client-facing prototypes. • Co-create ethical AI frameworks focused on transparency, compliance, and accountability. • Champion responsible AI practices that respect privacy and data governance. • Lead a cross-functional AI working group or Center of Excellence to unify efforts across business and tech teams. • Evangelize AI adoption and empower internal teams through education, training, and strategic enablement. • Represent Bell Techlogix in client discussions, thought leadership engagements, and at industry forums. • Identify and collaborate with cutting-edge AI vendors, startups, universities, and cloud platforms. • Evaluate and recommend next-gen AI tools that accelerate meaningful adoption. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. • 10+ years of progressive experience in engineering or technology. • 5-7 years leading AI/ML initiatives, ideally within IT services or consulting. • Deep understanding of AI in service management, IT operations, automation, and data-driven transformation. • Track record of building AI roadmaps and driving measurable outcomes. • Familiarity with responsible AI principles, data ethics, and governance. Nice-to-haves • Master's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Science, AI). • Experience with ServiceNow, cloud AI platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and automation tools (UiPath, Microsoft Copilot). • Background in AI consulting or innovation hubs. • Demonstrated success building high-performance, cross-functional teams from scratch.
