About CVS Media Exchange (CMX) CVS Media Exchange is a cutting-edge platform that leverages data analytics, machine learning, and digital marketing to drive measurable results for our clients. As a Senior Data Scientist on the CMX team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that enhance customer engagement, drive business growth, and improve overall healthcare outcomes. Key Responsibilities Develop and apply advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to drive business insights and recommendations Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address them Analyze customer journeys to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to drive adoption, engagement, retention, and conversion Design and execute online experiments (A/B testing) to measure and optimize business outcomes Apply causal inference and marketing mix modeling (MMM) techniques to optimize marketing campaigns and drive business growth Develop and maintain complex data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders Partner with data engineering teams to design and implement data pipelines and architectures that support business needs Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization Essential Qualifications 3+ years of experience applying modern machine learning techniques to build predictive models for classification and regression problems 3+ years of experience using Python and SQL to analyze and manipulate large datasets 2+ years of experience extracting insights from complex models and presenting results to business stakeholders 2+ years of experience preparing data for analysis, working with data engineering teams to design and implement data pipelines 2+ years of experience applying knowledge of advanced analytics tools and languages to analyze large datasets from multiple sources 2+ years of experience in experimental design and supervised/unsupervised machine learning approaches Graduate degree or equivalent work experience in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related discipline Preferred Qualifications Experience designing online experiments (A/B testing) Strong ability to communicate technical concepts and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders Ability to work effectively and confidently with cross-functional teams, project stakeholders, and senior leadership Ability to anticipate and prevent issues and roadblocks before they occur Proficiency in multiple areas of mathematical analysis techniques, machine learning, statistical analysis, experimental design, and predictive modeling PhD in related discipline preferred What We Offer At CVS Health, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes: Competitive salary and bonus structure Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) retirement savings plan and Employee Stock Purchase Plan Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for career growth and professional development A dynamic and supportive work environment that values diversity and inclusion Our Culture At CVS Health, we're committed to creating a culture that is inclusive, innovative, and customer-centric.
