This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing team of data scientists focused on driving measurable growth across customer acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives. You will define and execute an analytical strategy that powers data-driven marketing decisions, balancing experimentation, advanced analytics, and business impact. Collaborating closely with marketing, product, and cross-functional partners, you will influence senior leadership, optimize key growth levers, and elevate the analytical capabilities of your team. The position combines hands-on data science, strategic leadership, and mentoring in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, with direct influence on revenue and business outcomes. Accountabilities: · Lead and define the analytical vision for growth initiatives, ensuring data, experimentation, and measurement rigor guide decision-making. · Develop and maintain metrics, methodologies, and experimentation frameworks to evaluate and optimize acquisition, engagement, and retention programs. · Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Business Analytics, Marketing, and Product to drive reporting, forecasting, and planning. · Collaborate with analysts and engineers to enhance data pipelines, predictive models, and analytics infrastructure. · Manage, mentor, coach, and inspire a team of high-performing marketing data scientists. · Influence senior leadership decisions by providing data-driven insights and recommendations. Requirements · 7+ years of analytics experience with at least 3 years in a management role. · Proven track record of driving business impact through analytics in growth, performance, or ROI-focused marketing programs. · Strong analytical and technical skills, with experience applying experimentation, lift tests, attribution, and other measurement techniques. · Ability to prioritize high-impact work and coach a team to success. · Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across teams and with senior leadership. · Hands-on experience in data-driven marketing, including predictive modeling and optimization of marketing campaigns.
