Senior Civil Estimator (AU Infrastructure, WFH)

Salary: P80,000 to P100,000 (Monthly Package) Schedule: Monday – Friday (06:00 AM - 03:00 PM PHT) What are we looking for? Skills Required: 5 years Australian Civil or Structures experience Must have experience using Bluebeam Experience using Microsoft suite Flexible on office arrangements Nice to Have: Experience using Expert Estimator or similar Estimating software What will you do? Review tender documents Manage quantity take-off process and prepare Bill of Quantities as required Oversee project specific teams and lead complex tender bids Seek best value delivery methodology to gain competitive advantage over competitors Prepare and coordinate the completion of tender schedules with the Pre Contracts Coordinator Provide training and support for Junior Estimators Manage quantity take-off process and ensure compliance (2D and 3D) Liaise with the Commercial Manager regarding Contract Risks. Seek client feedback – tender debrief Attend monthly meetings with the Estimating Manager and Estimating Director to identify department improvements.
