Key Responsibilities: Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements. Lead workshops and meetings to gather requirements, facilitate discussions, and encourage stakeholder engagement. Work closely with development teams to ensure that requirements are understood and implemented correctly. Validate solutions and ensure they meet business requirements and high-quality standards. Develop detailed documentation, including business requirements, use cases, and process flows. Monitor project progress and assist in addressing any issues that arise during implementation. Requirements Experience: Minimum of 7 years in a Business Analyst role with a focus on digital products and services. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficient in gathering requirements and tools such as JIRA and Confluence; familiarity with Agile methodologies. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to quantify and analyze data effectively. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly across diverse teams. Teamwork: Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams in a remote setting. Adaptability: Self-motivated and adaptable to changing priorities and requirements.
