Description: Key Responsibilities As a Sr. Claim Adjuster, you’ll be a lead worker in the Claim Department, helping staff and clients navigate the claim process, including complex losses: • Investigate & Resolve Claims: Assess and resolve all types of auto claims with moderate supervision, focusing on coverage, liability, and damages • Judgment & Decision-Making: Use sound judgment to analyze claim exposure and determine the best course of action • Cost Control: Manage claim expenses while ensuring favorable outcomes • Collaboration: Work closely with all parties involved in the claim process • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness • Timely Documentation: Document and communicate claims activity clearly and efficiently • Train: Review the work of less experienced personnel and provide training as appropriate Requirements: What We’re Looking For We're searching for a seasoned claims professional who is customer-focused and skilled in effective, cost-conscious claims handling.
