As a Senior Analyst on the Performance and Insights team, you will engage directly with Roundel's clients to review how their media investments are performing, identify ways to optimize and grow their media investment, bring innovation to clients, and elevate their understanding of the Target guest. Requirements • Four-year degree or equivalent experience • 3+ years of relevant experience Digital Media, Agency, Marketing or Retail • Experience with client engagement • Strong analytical skills and ability to judge and quantify results of advertising and know how to present recommendations • Ability to synthesize datasets to build a compelling story • In-depth understanding of the digital marketplace • Methodical, well-organized, and detail-oriented • Genuine curiosity with how things work; motivated, self-starter • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Experience with data visualization tools or web analytic tools Benefits • comprehensive health benefits and programs, which may include medical, vision, dental, life insurance and more • 401(k) • employee discount • short term disability • long term disability • paid sick leave • paid national holidays • paid vacation Apply tot his job
