Position Overview: The Search Engine Marketing (SEM) team manages biddable media, including SEM/PPC, display/GDN, Youtube and Discovery ads, for prospecting audiences and remarketing efforts. As an SEM Analyst, you will work closely with the SEM Manager and a team of Brand Managers to ensure campaign success. As a member of the SEM team, you are a fundamental part of the marketing team and are responsible for bringing in qualified leads. You must have attention to detail, maintain a positive attitude and be able to work autonomously in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities: • Create, analyze and optimize paid search campaigns in Google AdWords, Bing Ads, 3rd party SEM platforms, Youtube ads and Display ads • Conduct recurring weekly and monthly optimization tasks (i.e. keyword expansion, ad testing, negative management, etc.) • Provide consistent and effective support to Managers on day-to-day maintenance of campaigns and new SEM, Display, and Video opportunities • Deliver analysis and insights that help teams optimize creatives and landing pages, assessing metrics such as Ad CTR, Click Share, Impressions Share, Lead Rate, Enrollment Conversion Rate, CPL, CPA and Ad strength. • Provide ongoing and ad hoc analytical support to the Google Ads Manager. Qualifications: • 2-3 years of hands-on paid search experience for large budget accounts (Google & Bing). • Skilled in Google Analytics. • Understanding of SEO. • Certifications: Google AdWords Fundamentals, Search Advanced, and Google Display Certifications. • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEM, Display and Video advertising. Preferred Qualifications: • Based in Latam. • Advanced English • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables and formulas) a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferably – Advertising, social communication, Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering or equivalent experience in online advertising (min. 3 years) accepted.
