DURING THE TRAINING, YOU'LL RECEIVE: ✔Access to professional tax preparation software ✔Guidance for IRS PTIN registration ✔Branded marketing materials and design templates for Maxfinity Tax Academy ✔Social media & community marketing training ✔Due diligence and compliance education ✔Ability to offer bank products and advance loans up to $7k ✔Branded client intake forms ready to use ✔Step-by-step software instruction & tax law updates ✔Tax return review support before submissions ✔Ongoing tech support ✔Access to our private training community YOUR ROLE AFTER CERTIFICATION: ✔Prepare and file individual tax returns under the Maxfinity Tax Academy brand ✔Market services through social media and local outreach ✔Build and manage your own client list with provided tools ✔Provide quality service while following company standards COMPENSATION: ✔Independent 1099 contractor (not W-2 employment) ✔Commission-based only — income depends on the clients you serve ✔Weekly payouts once returns are processed IDEAL CANDIDATES: ✔ Motivated and ready to learn ✔ Bilingual (Urgent need for Spanish speaking tax preparers) ✔ Comfortable using social media to promote services ✔ Interested in flexible, remote work ✔ Professional and detail-oriented with clients ✔ No prior tax experience needed – full training provided ❌ Not ideal for those who dislike marketing or prefer not to engage with clients NEXT STEPS: IF ACCEPTED INTO THE BOOT CAMP: 1️.
